Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Notice to Wreath

Considering the perishable nature of the Products, you must inform Wreath of any discrepancies or deficiencies not later than 24 hours from receipt of the Products. After this period, you will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products in the quality and quantity of the shipment, and no refunds will be allowed.

2. Non-Receipt

If you claim an Order was not delivered, Wreath shall have at least 3 days to verify the claim. If non-delivery occurred for reasons beyond the control of Wreath, such as carrier errors, inclement weather, or absence of persons to receive the shipment, Wreath reserves the right to attempt a redelivery.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Please note that flowers are a perishable product. The lifespan of each flower variety can vary significantly, with some being more delicate and having a shorter life span than others. Availability of specific flowers and accessories may be affected by seasonal changes and weekly supplies. While we strive to provide the freshest flowers and highest quality accessories as presented on the website, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items at all times. If necessary, substitutions may be made with flowers or accessories of equal or greater value if the requested items are not available.
  • If an alternative arrangement has been presented and confirmed by the client, any subsequent cancellation will not be eligible for a full refund. Only 50% of the total amount will be refunded to account for time spent, preparations made, and services rendered.

4. Non-Delivery Due to Your Default

No refunds shall be made for reasons arising from your default, including but not limited to incorrect information entered by you into the Website Order form or a wrong delivery address resulting in unreceived Orders.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any Order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your Order and contact you as needed.
