2.1 NOTICE TO WREATH
Considering the perishable nature of the Products, You shall inform Wreath of any discrepancies or deficiencies not later than 24 hours from receipt of the Products, after which time You will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products in the quality and quantity of the shipment, and no refunds will be allowed.
2.2 NON-RECEIPT
If You claim an Order was not delivered, Wreath shall have at least 3 days to verify the same. If non-delivery occurred for reasons beyond the control of Wreath, such as due to carrier errors, inclement weather, or absence of persons tor receive the shipment, Wreath reserves the right to attempt a redelivery.
2.3 CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests must be made prior to Wreath’s delivery of the Product to the carrier. If the cancellation request is received after the carrier accepts the Order for delivery, no refund can be issued.
2.4 NON-DELIVERY DUE TO YOUR DEFAULT
No refunds shall be made for reasons arising from your default error, including but not limited to incorrect information entered by You into the Website Order form, or wrong delivery address resulting in unreceived Orders.
2.5 REFUNDS
If there is a deficiency or discrepancy in the Order, not due to reasons beyond Wreath’s control, Wreath shall issue a refund to You, with no interest or any other penalty. This refund shall be the sole remedy You are entitled to, and You waive any other remedy in this regard.
2.6 ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any Order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through Our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your Order and contact you as needed.
